Rich Prize Mobile Access and App Installation

Rich Prize does not accept players from Ireland. This guide explains the difference between browser access and the site’s app options; installing an app does not change country eligibility.

Opening the Site on Mobile or Desktop

Rich Prize does not accept players from Ireland. Being able to open the website on a phone or computer does not make you eligible to register or play.

For eligible users, opening Rich Prize in a mobile or desktop browser is separate from installing an app. Browser access does not require a separate desktop download or add an app to your device.

Using the iOS and Android App Controls

Rich Prize’s Get the app section has separate iOS and Android controls. These options are for eligible users only: Rich Prize does not accept players from Ireland, and installation does not change that restriction.

For eligible users, first open Get the app, then select the control matching your phone and follow the instructions displayed there. Follow that route rather than assuming it requires an app-store download. A home-screen shortcut provides convenient repeat access to a website, but is not the same as installed software.

Signing In and Resolving Access Problems

For eligible existing account holders, open Rich Prize’s sign-in control and use the login method linked to your account. If you cannot sign in, follow any account-recovery instructions shown there rather than creating another account.

If the page fails to load, check your connection, update your browser and try reloading it. Never share passwords or verification codes when seeking help. Do not change your location settings to evade country restrictions.
